Our boy's first Cammock Christmas Tree Pick out.
There were some seriously warm Northwesterly winds so we kept
the picking to a minimum but Alice found a goody.

We left the boy with his grandparents and headed to get some of our favorite
dumplings and up the Port hills for a favorite drive.
Our boy had his first solids.
He's 5 months now and still has quite an appetite so we decided to start him
on some rice cereal. There was no hesitation, he just went for it. It was pretty funny and a little strange for me to see my little boy eating with a spoon in a high chair and all. Big steps.

I'm so glad he liked the rice cereal! That will make your life so much easier! It's such a relief when you know they can be sustained without you. Looks like you are having a great time!
he might even sleep better too. That sometimes works.
Im such a sentimental goose. big tears come as I see familiar faces and places.
Be still my homesick heart!
Looks like a good time is being had by all...
And, Lars is having rice cereal already! Oh, that means he's starting to grow up a little...
Very lovely place to go for a drive.
You absolutely have to catch a sunday brunch at Freemans for me - it my favorite!
