update from my left side.

I have officially been diagnosed with mild pre-eclampsia (toxemia). I am still feeling fine but am spending some quality time on mt left side, resting, and staying hydrated. I think we are just going to be taking this one day at a time. I hope to improve at one handed typing. Any suggestions on movies or other forms of entertainment would be appreciated.

Wow, well okay. Here's some starter things.

Books:
Three Cups of Tea- Greg Mortensen, I loved his story of service to others.

Movies:
Well of course anything BBC that is 5 hours long or longer. Start with Pride and Predjudice and go from there.

If you want, I'll fly out and loan you my copy! :) Also, the entire series of Gilmore Girls, you'll laugh, you'll cry and you'll see some totally awesome clothes.

Love you, keep that baby in until I can get there!

Ok Chris, I know this is really hard, but I kind of wish I was on ordered bed rest right now, instead of working so hard I don't have time to sleep.
Let me think of some suggestions.
AWFUL, but indulgent
CW TV
Gossip Girl???
Americas next top model (there is a new season on right now...)
Dollhouse (it's really awful actually)
Anything CSI
Anything Law and Order
Lie to Me
GOOD
Brothers and Sister is surprisingly good i think
The Biggest loser is the best show on tv without a doubt. I have never been so emptionally attached to a TV show, ever.
Friday night lights!!! Really good.
I'm still thinking

You can never go wrong with a 30 Rock or The Office marathon.

well, you look beautiful on your left side.
i just watched blackpool, which was most excellent. um, eyes without a face for creepy french horror. foyle's war for mystery. certainly gossip girl. brideshead revisited is my favorite movie ever, and it'll take up 11 hours of your time.
thinking of you...

BBC all the way - Cranford, North and South - the guy in this movie gives Mister Darcy a run for his money, Doctor Who, Man Vs Wild, - Jasmine suggests you read Pride and Prejudice with Zombies in it???

PS. Forgot to add, if you like Americas next top model, go on You Tube and watch Australias Next Top Model, Season 2 or 3 is the best and if you want a laugh check out New Zealands next top model : )

Hey thanks people--there are actually some shows there I haven't already wasted hours watching. I have more labs tomorrow so we'll see where that goes. Until then!

Think good "keep cooking the baby" thoughts...

Catch up on every blog ever written...and bookmark everything inspirational because after little kiwi is born you won't remember diddly squat.

Maybe paint funny faces on your belly and take pictures?

Or better yet do crazy eye makeup and take pictures of yourself using photo booth.

That's all I've got. I'm thinking about you lots. And of course prepping my Spongy Feet package for you :)

Hey Chris, it was so good to see you via skype. Sorry I'm a bawl baby! I'm glad to see that you are doing well. I'll be thinking about you checking your blog closely! As far as movies, if you need a laugh watch Mystery Men I think it was released in about 99 so its a little older but its about these people that think they are super heros, pretty funny! Take care!

You've probably already seen them - but I got hooked (line and sinker) on West Wing. Watched all 8 seasons just a few months ago and wondered why I hadn't seen them before...
