Happy Birthday tomorrow Mom. Maybe some point through out the day you will check this and have a nice little birthday moment. And just for the record, the seller didn't come down from her asking price so we are sitting. She might, when she realizes that she might not get another offer but in the meantime we are looking around at other places as well. So we'll see.Happy Birthday Mom!
