I started the race off and make really dumb poses for the camera.
Pretty sure the girl in the red shirt went to my high school.

The first hand off to Jim hidden behind the women in purple.
Came in with about a 9 minute mile (great for me)
After we ran the half marathon in June we were all on a running high and McK, her dad, and K80 signed up to be a team for the CHaD half marathon that benefits the Children Hospital at Dartmouth . September came pretty quickly and K80 asked if I could run her 3 mile leg when her asthma kicked up a fuss. The temperature had risen by the end of last week but the rain came just in time for the run on Saturday. We were soaked through and through and that included Liz, Pete, and Mike who came to watch. I haven't run much this summer and am SO glad I only had 3 miles to run. We ran the 13.2 miles in 2 hours 3 minutes. It was good (but wet) fun!

Congratulations on another wonderful achievement! You look FABULOUS! (I say that in a jealous older sister way, of course)
You rock!
That's great time, that must have felt good!
wow Chris, you look fab, so healthy, fit and alive. I am so jealous of your youth lol. Brava on another summer run. I liked running in the rain, when I ran.
