My siblings own a building here in town with 3 apartments and a retail space that my brothers have been re-habbing. They worked hard to get one of the apartments finished today for some new tenants to move. Up until a few weeks ago, the apartments were crack dens...no really. We are working on getting a new tenant pool. JD and HoboBrig did an incredible job refinishing these units...they totally refinished and stained the wood floors too. Good call. I really wish I had before pictures...no really. Anybody need a retail space?
