My dear dear friend, Serena Griffin, got married this past June to her love, Dave, whom I have yet to meet. They had a what seems to be, a lovely wedding and accompanying receptions in Utah and Vermont (I dreamed of having my reception at their family home in VT). She just looks divine and sooooo happy which makes me over the moon. I don't know if she ended up wearing the dress modeled after her g-g-grandmother, but it's gorgeous nonetheless.
As I come from a family of costumers...I had to add this image of the back of her dress because it just fits her beautifully.
Here is Serena's family who I knew from my Vermont days. I have a very close connection to the twin girls, Madelene and Serena even though I see them once every blue moon.
