Boy, it was quite the task getting the groceries sorted because things just weren't open and we didn't have transport to the bigger supermarket that was inland...but we got it together. It was quite a show, having all of us in the little market, each with a different task. I think I was on Chips and Cookies...you know the staples. Mike brought along his pack because it was easier that all of us dragging bags around. He and Eric took care of it for us.
"Squeezy Brown Sauce"...Shag's face says it all. I have NO idea what's in that stuff, but what's in a name eh?
Just one example of the cool little restaurants that were all over. Every corner we turned, there were more and more and so many beautifully designed. Oh and we did pass by one with a real Greek Wedding Party...and yes, they were singing and old men were up with their arms extending, swaying and snapping...just like the movie. I think I even heard a few "ooopa" shouts. Loved it.
We also passed by lovely galleries and many boutique shops.
