Some of us decided to go into town while the others went back to the bay to retrieve the anchor from last night's get away. Man, Ios is dead during the day. It was difficult to find anything to eat. Oh and then there was the man who told Mike to get out of his store and never return. Mike had dropped off our memory cards (that's 2) to get put on disk around 11AM and the man told him it would be 3 euros and take him until 2 which was stinkin long considering he wasn't very busy...greeks? When we went back to pay, Mike gave him 3 euros and the man said it was 6. Mike politely told him that he had told him it would be 3 for one CD. The man shook his head but said, "ok" so I thought it was cool but then came a pause and "But this is not good. Go away and never come back again!" with lots of pointing and a head of shaggy hair bopping all over the place. We had lots of fun immitating the moment and getting it just right. I still feel a wee bit chucklish when I think back on it. It was the pause between the amiable "ok" and "this is not good" with the finger pointing. Funny Ios Moment.
