There are a few interesting bits to this photo..well sort of interesting. Ummm. This is Micheala Ball...one of Sasha's friends who came down for the weekend. Behind her shoulder you can see a puff of smoke coming from a boat. This boat is called the "Earnslaw" which has to be one of the ugliest sounding names. Yes, say it to yourself now....EARN- SLAAAAAW. Anyway it takes hundreds of tourists a day across the Wakatipu Lake to a sheep station where they can watch sheep activities...shearing and what not. It's an old coal ship so you can also watch the young men shovel coal into the engine to keep it pumping while it simultaneously pumps out puffs of smoke. You will also note that we are all wearing jackets and I even have on some arms warmers thingies as it is certainly cooling off down here. And that is also a hat that I bought with some birthday money I received. Well, how's that for some facinating factoids about this picture!
